Manage any administrative issues within the office
Take minutes during meetings as may be required from time to time
Write reports and prepare presentation as may be required
Maintain security of the office documents and equipment
Plan and respond to general correspondence
Prepare and schedule meetings as well as appointments
Make travel arrangements and bookings for official travel.
Carry out general office tasks
Keep office and equipment in good working conditions.
Be in charge of documents, files, classified materials and diary management
Keep, retrieve and integrate information for dissemination to staff and clients
Job Qualifications and Experience
The required candidate must have relevant qualifications for this role
A minimum of three years of experience in the same or related role preferably in an Audit or Law firm
The jobholder must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work under extreme pressure and meet deadlines
Should be confident and honest
The preferred candidate must be currently available in Dubai
The applicant should have good knowledge of both English and Arabic
Should be a detail oriented person with an accurate typing speed
